Town of Beaumont Urban Design Plan

The planning process included extensive stakeholder and public consultation including key person interviews, focus groups and a design charrette.

One of the key deliverables was a very detailed implementation program outlining action items, and their costs and responsibilities for implementation that would inform Beaumont’s capital and operating budget. The developed three-dimensional graphics allowed Council and stakeholders to visualize what the downtown of the future could look like. The final plan was approved by Beaumont Town Council in July 2015. The project was completed on time and on budget.
