The city wanted to bring the electrical and mechanical control rooms above ground. The project required AE to strengthen the existing concrete substructure to allow construction of a new above-ground building. Associated’d multi-discipline team then designed a new structure, including the building mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering components, to house the pump station’s control rooms.
