The Regina Bypass is the largest capital project in the Government of Saskatchewan’s history. The Public-Private Partnership project used a design-build-finance-operate-maintain model to structure the construction of the bypass.
The Bypass includes 49 kilometres of divided four-lane highway, ten highway interchanges, and four major waterbody crossings.
Associated Engineering is the owner’s engineer with Associated Environmental leading the environmental program, including the Environmental Protection Plans and the environmental portion of the Integrated Management System. Our team worked with regulators to outline the requirements of the project and the technical specifications for the tender process.
