The City of Red Deer developed a consultant assignment to complete necessary assessment, panel design, and programming services.
Associated Engineering was awarded the work as a prime consultant.
The City encountered several unanticipated design and construction issues within their larger expansion projects, which affected our assignment and schedule. We have subsequently adjusted almost all aspects of our scope of work to allow for efficient and cost-effective completion of both retrofit changes and the City’s expansion project.
Work has included:
- Update of the 2008 Instrumentation and Controls Master Plan.
- Assessment and design of improvements for 15 major control panels.
- Review and revision of the fibre optic communication network design.
