Project Charter 1: Paratransit Computer Aided Dispatch / Automatic Vehicle Location / Onboard Video Monitoring for Action Bus.
Project Charter 2: Automatic Fare Collection, a replacement / upgrade of the existing farebox and viability of an account based smart card system.
Project Charter 3: Conventional (fixed route) Computer Aided Dispatch / Automatic Vehicle Location / Onboard Video Monitoring / Automatic Passenger Counting.
