This study utilized Computation Fluid Dynamics to gain further insight and propose cost effective solutions for an ammonia mixing issue in the R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant treated reservoir and filter media scouring in the Island Water Treatment Plant filters.
Computational Fluid Dynamics was used in this project to model current conditions, gain a better understanding of hydraulic issues at play, test different potential solutions and find the best solutions.
