The City of Lethbridge selected Associated Engineering to complete the project management, design and construction administration/inspection for multiple Phases of the Crossings Development.
The project included servicing 90 lots within two construction phases, the extension of Caledonia Boulevard (minor collector), the overlay of Mauritania Boulevard (minor collector), as well as landscape and irrigation design of the boulevards along Aquitania Boulevard.
Prior to this project, Associated Engineering completed the outline plan of the area, as well as the first phase of development, which included two schools combined with a public library and parks and recreational space.
