Associated led and conducted a detailed environmental management system and legislative compliance assessment for Tolko Industry’s Manitoba Kraft paper mill site.
The purpose of the audit was to establish the root cause of why the current environmental management system and organizational culture, when combined, still produced gaps in the site’s ability to prevent incidents and achieve a high level of environmental performance.
