The Regina Bypass is the largest capital project in the Government of Saskatchewan’s history. The Public-Private Partnership project used a design-build-finance-operate-maintain model to structure the construction of the bypass. The Bypass includes 49 kilometres of divided four-lane highway, ten highway interchanges, and four major waterbody crossings.
