ON MENTORSHIP
My role at Associated Engineering has provided me with a great opportunity to mentor colleagues in a variety of roles. Supporting and providing advice, whether formally or informally, gives me a sense of satisfaction, particularly when you see others succeed in their work. I enjoy working with a variety of team members and am always amazed at the level of intelligence that each team brings to the table.
