Tom is the Division Manager of the Buildings Engineering Division in our Vancouver office. He is a Senior Building Structural Engineer with 30 years of experience in the design of structures, including higher education, K-12 education, municipal, healthcare, commercial, industrial, retail, parking structures, sports facilities, residential, structural evaluations, building expansions, and rehabilitation projects.  Tom is responsible for the project management, client interaction, consulting and review of projects from inception through construction.
